Meet Edelle: Sierra’s New Pocket Rocket Marketing Coordinator

Today, we’re thrilled to publicly welcome a recent new member to our team of legends: Edelle, our pocket rocket marketing coordinator.

Since joining Sierra in September 2025, Edelle has achieved more than we could have ever wished for 

Edelle initially joined us to support market research and qualified leads generation, but it quickly became obvious that her talent, energy, and enthusiasm had a lotmore to offer. 

During the week, you’ll find Edelle working onarket research, database creation, ocial media management, ontent creation,

assisting with the execution of marketing plans alongside Manon and Gary.

On the weekend, you’ll find her spending quality time with her dogs and her sons - if they’re not out an about! 

Edelle’s dedication, proactive approach, and knack for asking the right questions have already made her a valuable  part of the Sierra team!

One of the things that truly stands out about Edelle is how naturally she integrated into our multicultural team. 

Originally from the Philippines, Edelle brings a wonderful energy that we absolutely love: warm, hardworking, and always eager to lend a hand wherever needed.

Her background in the BPO industry, working with clients from North America and Australia, has given her a deep understanding of fast-paced environments, high client expectations, and operational excellence. 

Edelle shows great initiative and a real sense of ownership. She’s the kind of teammate who anticipates what's needed, recognises opportunities, and loves working together with Marion, Manon and Gary to support our and our clients’ goals.

It’s no surprise that we already feel like she’s been a part of our team for a long time.
